So, fun fact: if you add Gmail to Outlook for Mac via the Google Experience method, and wait 7+ days while it slowly syncs all your mail and folders, you then get to remove that account and start from scratch by manually adding the Gmail account as an IMAP account instead. This is because if you sync a Gmail account using the new Google Experience method, it will not allow you to move or copy.
